A good chunk of our business as a Medical Recruitment Agency is fuelled by placing locum doctors into public and private hospitals, medical centres and clinics. That will no doubt ever change, the demand is consistently strong and has accelerated even more in the last couple of years. But we have been watching, listening, thinking and we know that our locum doctors are human. They themselves have looked inward, reflected and have told us they want more from their career. Why?
