Site Inductions & Check In Procedures for Contractors
Following the implementation of Cm3 for the compliance management of our contractors, Cm3 OnSite is being introduced to deliver site inductions and manage site access for our facilities. This will greatly reduce the congestion at site entry and exit points and simplify how essential information is delivered to site visitors.
New Check-in Process
It is a mandatory requirement of all site visitors to use Cm3 OnSite to check in and complete an induction.
Check in with Cm3 OnSite is simple.
1 - Just scan the QR code with your phone upon entry, OR visit the link below
2 - Create or log in to your account
3 - Complete the site induction.
4 - Conduct works
5 - Check out. When you leave site, please ensure that you open your phone and click the check out button to notify site managers.
Contractors without a Cm3 certificate, or those notified of a compliance check failure will not be permitted to access sites. The platform runs real-time compliance checks to ensure contractors have a compliant status, are inducted, and are permitted to enter the site.
